Evryday AI — Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Evryday AI (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By purchasing services, signing a service agreement, or paying an invoice issued by Evryday AI, the client (“Client”, “you”, or “your”) agrees to the terms outlined below.

1. Services

Evryday AI provides automation systems, artificial intelligence integrations, workflow automation, and related consulting services for business operations. Services may include, but are not limited to:

  • Business workflow automation
  • AI conversational systems
  • Lead management automation
  • CRM integrations
  • Messaging and voice automation
  • Analytics dashboards
  • Outbound outreach automation

All services are delivered according to the scope defined in the approved service proposal.

2. Scope of Work

Each project includes a defined Scope of Work documented in the client proposal. The scope defines system features, integrations, workflows, deliverables, and deployment conditions.


Any work requested outside the approved scope may require a Change Order and additional payment. Evryday AI reserves the right to decline requests that exceed the original scope without a revised agreement.

3. Project Process

All projects follow a structured delivery process:

  • Intake and onboarding
  • Solution design
  • System build
  • Internal testing
  • Client review
  • Revision period (if applicable)
  • Approval
  • Launch
  • Monitoring

Work begins only after required onboarding materials and payment requirements have been completed.

4. Client Responsibilities

Successful system implementation requires client cooperation. Clients agree to provide necessary materials and access, including:

  • Account credentials
  • API keys
  • CRM access
  • Phone system access
  • Calendar access
  • Required documentation or questionnaires

Failure to provide necessary materials may delay project completion. Evryday AI is not responsible for delays caused by missing client information or approvals.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

  • Clients retain ownership of their business data and brand assets
  • Evryday AI retains ownership of its automation frameworks, templates, internal architecture, and proprietary systems
  • Clients receive a license to use the deployed system while their subscription remains active

Replication, redistribution, or resale of Evryday AI’s internal frameworks without permission is prohibited.

6. System Access

Certain systems may require access to third-party platforms such as SMS platforms, voice providers, CRMs, calendar systems, email services, and AI APIs. Clients are responsible for maintaining valid accounts with any required third-party providers. Evryday AI is not responsible for service disruptions caused by third-party platforms.

7. Performance Expectations

Automation systems improve operational efficiency but do not guarantee business outcomes. Evryday AI does not guarantee revenue increases, lead conversion rates, customer behavior, or marketing performance. Results depend on many factors outside the control of Evryday AI, including business operations, market conditions, and client follow-through.

8. Service Modifications

Evryday AI may periodically update, improve, or modify system architecture to maintain stability and performance. These changes will not materially reduce core system functionality. Major feature expansions require new project approval.

9. Subscription Requirement

Automation systems require ongoing infrastructure oversight. All deployed systems require an active support and monitoring subscription after launch.

If the subscription is cancelled:

  • Monitoring and maintenance services stop
  • Evryday AI no longer guarantees system functionality
  • Clients assume responsibility for system operation after cancellation

10. Termination

Evryday AI reserves the right to terminate services if a client violates these Terms, fails to meet payment obligations, misuses systems or infrastructure, or attempts unauthorized system replication. Service termination may result in suspension or removal of hosted automation systems.

11. Confidentiality

Evryday AI treats client information as confidential. We do not share sensitive client data with third parties except when required to operate system infrastructure (such as API providers). Clients agree not to disclose proprietary Evryday AI system architecture without written permission.

12. Force Majeure

Evryday AI is not responsible for service interruptions caused by events outside reasonable control, including but not limited to infrastructure outages, internet disruptions, third-party API failures, natural disasters, or regulatory changes. Reasonable efforts will be made to restore services when possible.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

14. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing services or paying any invoice issued by Evryday AI, the client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms of Service.
